Notes: Powered by the club's '50 Olds engine for its second year, they were able to coax about 400 HP out of the engine. Warner drove the rail job at the club's second year at the ATAA World Series of Drag Racing at Lawrenceville. He clocked 110.294 mph. Warner and Stan Know shared driving duties in 1956. On Sep. 2, the dragster set a track record at Sturgis Airport in Kentucky of 113 mph. The next week at Lawrenceville, with Knopp driving, the car turned in its fastest speed ever of 121.131 mph.
