Notes: He ran in several different classes. At his first outing at Kingdon, he turned 11.57 at 117 mph in C Open Gas dragster. A month later, at Redding, he turned 133.33 mph in A Open Gas dragster. Then he switched to fuel and turned 138.64 mph as an A/FD. On May 31, at the half-mile races at Minden, Nevada, he ran in B/FD, taking Top Eliminator with 148 mph.
