Notes: AKA White Heat. 233" Sherm Gunn (M&S Race Cars) chassis, Tom Hanna body, Tom Stratton paint, Henry Velasco 5/8" stroker crank in an iron 354 Chrysler with Kay Sissel head work . BIG Crower injectors . Larry Bowers blower . assembled by Earl Wade, Merv Scott pedal clutch, Engle camshaft. Absolutely every nut and bolt on the car purchased by me with ONE EXCEPTION . The ONLY thing I was given was the headers Jack Davis (Hooker Headers) made for me. Then, as always, the two approaches I used were to pay for things like Sherm Gunn says (everything down, nothing a month) and get the best help I can afford (my mechanical ability starts getting thin very shortly after "the big tires go in back"). - Tom Poindexter |
